Paleoceanography/Stable Isotope Geology
The Department of Geology at the University of Toronto has an opening
for a graduate student in the field of paleoceanography, starting
Sept. 1st 2010. The position can be filled either on the M.Sc or
Ph.D. level and is funded for 1+4 years. The minimum salary is
$18,000/year plus tuition and performance incentives. We seek a highly
qualified and motivated individual to work on the Holocene/Late
Quaternary marine sulfur isotope record. Previous experience working
on paleoceanographic and/or isotope geological problems would be an
asset. Excellent academic standing and good laboratory skills are a
